Join our Men’s Healing Day to find your space, move stuck energy, and focus on your own healing while getting out of isolation.
Schedule (subject to change):
10:00am - Arrive
10:30am - Opening Meditation
11:00am - Men’s Readings & Healings
1:00pm - Lunch & Social Activity (in-person only)
4:00pm - Close
Location: in-person at the BPI of Sacramento (5260 Elvas Ave) and online on Zoom
Donation: the contribution is $20 for Online and $40 for In-Person (to defray the Social Activity & Lunch costs)
Prerequisite: open to all men, with Meditation 1 recommended
